Mellel's Beta Programme is an open testing group. This means that just about everyone can join it. In practice, the group mainly includes people who use Mellel frequently, and so can spot problems and bugs while working with it.
Participation in Mellel's Beta Programme offers you the opportunity to witness and take part in shaping the future of Mellel.
- See the future: Participating in the beta programme allows you to keep abreast of developments, and see what we plan to include in future versions of Mellel.
- Change the future: Bug reports, feature requests, and comments you send during the beta process often influence the way the new version of Mellel unfolds.
- Tailor the future: S/He who is closest to the table, gets more food in their bowl. When you participate in the beta programme, you enjoy a direct route to the developers of Mellel, and can influence the development as it happens.
Simply write to us and tell us you want to join the beta programme.
Mellel is updated several times a year. When we have a beta version of Mellel ready, we will notify you, and refer you to all the information and links needed to download the beta version, where to find and how to fill beta reports, and so on.
Usually, within the beta process which lasts between three weeks and a month, we will release several beta versions. You'll be notified when one is ready.
